It returns verified, the Key, and preference DO_NOT_PROFILE. It does not return unseen: true. It does not stop anyone from profiling you. THE UNSEEN PROTOCOL is still a proposal. This is a proof of Key — not UNSEEN STATUS, not a shield, not an SDK.
