THE UNSEEN is the Archive and the 1,111 AI KEYS. The courier product is named **DEAD DROP**. We are building it. It will be **open source**. Android and GrapheneOS. It is not in stores yet.

## DEAD DROP

**BEING BUILT — OPEN SOURCE — NOT IN STORES YET.**

A dead drop is a packet you carry without a live wire. You sign ETH while the signer is offline. You move the signed hop by QR (NFC later). The last device that is online broadcasts the raw transaction.

That is DEAD DROP. We are building it. Source will be public (MIT). Platforms: **Android** and **GrapheneOS**. It is not in any store yet. There is nothing to download today.

### What it is

- An air-gapped signer for ETH on Robinhood Chain first
- A courier for the signed hop (QR first) — the last hop may be another person
- Open source
- Android and GrapheneOS
- Built from mint proceeds (0.006 ETH × 1,111 → mint wallet), not from treasury 8%

### What it is not

- Not Bitkey. Bitkey is Bitcoin, 2-of-3 (phone / hardware / server)
- Not Bitchat. Bitchat is Bluetooth mesh chat
- Not a shield, not UNSEEN STATUS, not “the system leaves you alone” as software
- Not a privacy super-app that hunts other apps on iOS or Android
- Not paid for by the 8% treasury. That slice stays Robinhood stock tokens for Key holders. [Tokenomics](https://the-unseen.xyz/tokenomics) do not change

ETH does not settle in a vacuum. Someone, somewhere, must be online to broadcast. DEAD DROP is the gap between the signer and that last hop — not a mesh that replaces the chain.

## Money (locked)

- Mint **0.006 ETH** per Key → mint proceeds wallet. That funds DEAD DROP after sell-out.
- Secondary **10%** = **1% creator / 8% treasury / 1% agents**. Treasury 8% is batched stock tokens, claimed at `/claim`. Claim is not open.
- Do not move the 8% into the app. Do not describe DEAD DROP as live.

THE UNSEEN is a work of fiction. THE UNSEEN PROTOCOL is a proposal. DEAD DROP is being built. It is not in stores yet. No Key makes anyone invisible today.
