# VERIFY — THE UNSEEN

This record is the first protocol primitive. Connect MetaMask or Robinhood Wallet. VERIFY KEY fetches a server challenge, asks you to sign it, and `POST`s `/verify`. The server recovers the signer and checks `ownerOf` on the collection.

THE UNSEEN PROTOCOL remains a proposal. This call proves a wallet holds a Key. It does not stop profiling. It is not identity. Live verifier stays on the-unseen.xyz — not only on a sealed Arweave snapshot.

This is: a proof of Key; a declared preference DO NOT PROFILE ME; the first small piece of the protocol plan.

This is not: UNSEEN STATUS; a shield; GET `/verify/{id}` as proof (that is public catalog); an SDK.
